Outpost is a top-performing, boutique real estate firm that is the culmination of founders Radhi Ahern and Scott Kalmbach’s 15-year partnership and over $700+ million in sales in San Francisco and Marin.
Radhi and Scott began their partnership as developers remodeling homes and apartment buildings in San Francisco. Over the years they have parlayed their extensive design expertise to transform properties with a signature style that has set the bar for luxury property presentation. They collaborate with the Bay Area’s most reputable designers, architects, and developers and have represented some of the most design focused homes in the market. Radhi and Scott created Outpost so they could bring an independent and innovative brokerage to the market that is different from the typical boilerplate real estate practices. They are leading a team of marketing and design support staff and associate agents who share the same purpose to deliver a truly unique real estate experience. From our signage, to the Outpost Instagram posts, from our property transformations to our strategic negotiations, we are delivering incredible results for our clients. Radhi and Scott are bringing a modern perspective to an age-old industry as they chart their client’s path forward, wherever that road may lead.
On her off time, you will find Radhi at home with her husband, two kids and dog Bogey plotting her next global travel adventure to some exotic part of the world.
When Scott isn’t writing marketing text he plays tennis, cooks, hikes and looks forward to his kids coming home from school to visit him and his wife at the family compound.
When she’s unplugged from work, Molly spends time with her family and friends and keeps active with running, hiking, yoga, and frequent ski trips to her cabin in Lake Tahoe.
Amanda Mulholland is a seasoned and established agent with an impressive track record selling luxury property in both San Francisco and Marin. Her skill set, vision and professionalism are completely in line with Outpost’s mission to provide design focused innovative marketing and exceptional customer service to their clients. Amanda is an insider on both sides of the bridge, and knows all of the players, the neighborhoods, the school districts and where to get the best burrito! Over the years, she has achieved top dollar for her sellers, flipped three homes of her own and she has won countless deals for her buyer clients in highly competitive negotiations. Amanda is a keen problem solver. She has never encountered a situation that she couldn’t solve, which makes her the ideal partner for clients and real estate agents alike.
After years of living and working in San Francisco, Amanda now lives in Marin with her husband, two kids and new Black Lab/German Shorthaired Pointer puppy. When she's not working Amanda is often found hiking or biking the Marin trails or cheering her boys on in a sport game (when she's not on the sidelines coaching).
Joaquin Garcia defines his commitment to quality service by carefully cultivating relationships and delivering a calm and responsive approach to every client. As a buyer’s agent, Joaquin has helped clients secure properties that frequently commanded a dozen or more simultaneous offers through his strong relationships with other top producing agents and his commitment to achieving his clients’ goals. Joaquin’s sellers benefit from his attention to property preparation and his impeccable presentation of a property’s key attributes. Joaquin's integrity is exemplified by the way he always acts as an advocate for his clients best interests.
Joaquin lives in Fairfax where he loves to hike with his wife, two kids and their dog. He’s an avid tennis player (with a fierce desire to beat Scott) and a record collector, always keeping the Outpost playlist current. Joaquin is a board member of the Marin Association of Realtors.
