Meet Hilary
Hilary Saunders serves as Broker of Record for Outpost, overseeing the firm’s compliance and licensing under California DRE #01834648. She makes sure every transaction meets California’s regulatory and ethical standards, so clients and agents can move forward with confidence.
Hilary brings an unusual combination to the role: she is both a licensed real estate broker and a practicing real estate and tax attorney. She holds BA degrees in Communications, German, and Accounting from the University of San Diego, plus a JD and an LL.M. in Taxation from Golden Gate University. Before stepping into her broker-of-record work, she ran her own brokerage, so she knows firsthand the operational and compliance challenges that independent, entrepreneurial teams face. Today she serves as broker of record for several boutique Bay Area teams operating under Side, Inc., bringing a careful, forward-looking perspective and the same legal and brokerage expertise to Outpost.
