Outpost Real Estate named to The Leading 100 for 2026

We’re honored to share that Outpost has been named to The Leading 100 for 2026, the annual ranking of the top-producing residential real estate professionals in the San Francisco Bay Area. Our team placed #62 among Bay Area teams, with $153 million in closed sales in 2025, alongside many of the top real estate teams in Marin and San Francisco.

The Leading 100 is presented by LuxeSF in partnership with RealTrends, San Francisco Magazine and Modern Luxury Silicon Valley. Rankings are based on verified sales data and confirmed by each brokerage, so a spot on the list reflects real results, not nominations.

This is now the fifth year in a row we’ve been named to The Leading 100, and it means just as much as the first. Each year the list reflects the confidence our clients place in us to buy and sell some of the most special homes in Marin and San Francisco. We don’t take that for granted.

Most of the teams on this year’s list work inside large national brokerages. Outpost is a boutique, independent firm based in Larkspur, and that identity is built into every corner of our business. We believe the way a home is presented shapes what it sells for, placing strategic marketing and design at the center of everything we do. From property transformations before a home goes on the market, to off-market expertise for buyers who want first access, our approach is hands-on and personal. Seeing that model hold its own among the top real estate agents in Marin and across the Bay Area is a real milestone for us.

A few of the homes we were glad to represent this year include two standout properties on both sides of the bridge. In Larkspur, 49 Hillcrest Avenue is a 1926 Craftsman estate on nearly three-quarters of an acre with sweeping Mount Tam views, a pool and a separate guest house. Homes like it rarely come up for sale in Marin, and we worked to honor its history while showing how well it lives today. In San Francisco, 818 Steiner Street, an 1899 Queen Anne Victorian across from Alamo Square Park, became the highest sale on record in Alamo Square. Results like these are what we work toward for every client, whether they are selling a home in Marin or in the city.
