Ashley Jennings is an experienced, hard-working marketing manager, graphic designer, and self-proclaimed home cook. She has spent the last 5 years training under the Bay Area’s top real estate professionals - while utilizing her graphic design background to bring a whole new look and style to the market.
Ashley started her real estate career in Palo Alto, and shifted her market to Marin County after her Fiance’ started a brewery business in Novato. Ashley has spent the last 4 years learning the real estate business from the inside-out while working for the top brokerage firms in the nation. Starting as an Office Manager, Ashley was able to learn the detailed transaction side and accounting aspects of the business. In this role, she was responsible for issuing payment demands to escrow companies and reviewing executed contracts for the brokerage’s legal team. Ashley was soon able to leverage her graphic design degree, when the Brokerage firm promoted her to the Regional Marketing Manager, where she successfully managed 120 agents, and was responsible for executing print and digital advertisements for major publications. Ashley worked with the Brokerage through the acquisition of Pacific Union to Compass. After being recruited to work directly with the top producing team in Marin as their Marketing and Operations Manager, Ashley was ready to make the leap from the Brokerage to working on a team of agents. In this role she was responsible for preparing listings for the market, acted as project manager for all contractors and city inspectors, created marketing materials for listings, and supported two top producers.
